The purpose of the Exxon Morning Star project is to develop the Qurna Gas Fields in Iraq that cover approximately 600 square kilometers. In this project PGA acted as Bid Engineer to develop proposal for data network, access control system, digital video surveillance system, vehicle access control system (net and wedge), and perimeter intrusion detections system. Additionally PGA managed vendor quotes and the preparation of a 10,000 item cost model using modern cost estimating database.
