Central Plant Expansion and Renovation, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Houston
As a member of a design build project team and subcontracted by the Derek Consulting Group, PGA Engineers provided IT (information technology) infrastructure and security consulting engineering services for the central plant expansion and renovation project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. The project included the relocation of the telecommunications main distribution facility (MDF) and IT data center, fiber optic infrastructure design, building automation control system network and advanced surveillance and access control systems.
