PGA was tasked to finalize the framework for a new Inter Local Agreement (ILA) between the City of Houston and Greater Harris County 911. An analysis was conducted on how the HEC segregates infrastructure between the two agencies including electrical, telecommunications, IT, software, public safety radio, 911 call management, etc. The final document will be a legal agreement with a clear delineation of responsibility between the 2 municipal agencies. The Houston Emergency Center is one of the most impressive and technologically advanced emergency communications facilities in the country.
