As a consulting engineer to Honeywell Process Solutions, PGA Engineers is providing front-end engineering and design (FEED) services for all communications systems. Owner workshops, basis of design and specifications are being developed for microwave, plant radio systems, LAN, WAN, and Public Address/General Alarm (PAGA). Construction is scheduled to begin in 2013 with completion in 2016 and a cost of $4 billion.
