PGA Engineers is providing professional bid engineering to Honeywell Process Solutions for a rugged industrial Wi-Fi system to be used on a new floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit currently in design.
The FPSO will be designed to handle 200,000 barrels per day of oil and 160 million cubic feet per day of gas, fed from a 40-well subsea production system. First production is currently targeted for 2016.
