PGA developed a fiber optic master plan that recommended fiber optic infrastructure between city assets such as police/fire stations, City Hall, maintenance centers, water treatment and pump facilities, traffic enclosures, etc. The final report included recommendations for system architecture, fiber optic infrastructure specifications, cost analysis and estimate, and implementation prioritization and phasing.
