Tarrant Regional Water District – Security Master Plan

The project was to identify the district’s risk tolerance levels, to evaluate and provide an analysis of current security measures against those risk tolerance levels, to develop a physical security strategic plan, to propose a methodology for determining 1) whether or not to implement a new security measure 2) what level of security is appropriate if implementation is warranted 3) how to prioritize the implementation among other existing district projects, and to develop roles, responsibilities, and service level agreements for relevant staff. PGA personnel performed physical site surveys, attended stakeholder meetings, analyzed all technology components, and provided quality assurance reviews throughout the project.
